ownCloud 8.1 is scheduled to be released early next month. Of course you can
install the nightly builds anytime you want to see it for yourself. Go to the
ownCloud installation page and see Step 6 “Get Involved”. That has a button to
the nightly build which you can install either from packages on openSUSE Build
Service, or download the tarball to install manually.
